What we process and where it comes from

We primarily receive personal data directly from you. When you contact us, we process the information you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address, selected interests, consent timestamps, source, subscription status and technical delivery events. When you use the website, our hosting and security providers may receive technical information such as IP address, device, browser and request data. Optional analytics data is collected only after your permission.

Why and on what basis

We use contact-form data to answer your request, take steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement, or manage an existing professional relationship. We send newsletters only on the basis of your consent after you actively select a newsletter option and submit the relevant form. The optional contact-form checkbox signs you up for all newsletter topics; leaving it unchecked does not affect your enquiry. We record the time, source, selected topics and consent-statement version so we can demonstrate your choice. You may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every marketing email, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Necessary security, fraud prevention and reliable operation are based on our legitimate interests in protecting and running the website.

Your newsletter choices

You can choose Content, Influence, Social Media (updates), or any combination of these. “Sign up for all” selects all three topics. Your choices are stored in Brevo as separate lists. Brevo is the authoritative subscription record; a synchronized Google Sheet gives NoStrezz a restricted operational overview. Unsubscribes and preference changes are synchronized so the overview does not retain an outdated active status.

Is providing data required?

You are not legally required to provide personal data. Without the fields marked as required, however, we may be unable to answer a request or complete a newsletter subscription. Newsletter consent is optional and does not affect your ability to use the website.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data is accessible only to authorized NoStrezz personnel and to providers that need it for the purposes above. We use Netlify to host the website and run the protected signup connection, Brevo to manage newsletter consent and delivery, Google Workspace to maintain the restricted internal register, and Formspree for the contact form. With permission, Google Analytics and Hotjar process website analytics. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. You can contact us for more information about the safeguard relevant to your data.

Retention and security

We retain active newsletter data while you remain subscribed. After an unsubscribe, we keep the minimum suppression information and consent evidence needed to respect your choice, resolve delivery issues and demonstrate compliance. Contact enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the request, the professional relationship and applicable legal limitation or record-keeping periods. Technical records are retained according to their security purpose and provider settings. Cookie and analytics lifetimes are described in our Cookie Policy. We restrict access and store secrets in protected hosting settings rather than in website code.

Automated decisions

We do not use the personal data described here to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Newsletter topic choices are used only to determine which updates you receive.

Your rights
